Sunrisers who replaced the Deccan Chargers in 2013, reached the playoffs but were eliminated after losing the eliminator match against Rajasthan Royals. They may not be the favourite to win IPL 8, but with a decent squad comprising of Dale Steyn and Shikhar Dhawan, led by David Warner, they cannot be ruled out. They are the dark horses for this season.
