According to Miami-Dade County police records, obtained by Arizona Sports, Jackson was arrested on a felony charge of escape with a misdemeanor for resisting an officer’s arrest without violence. On the official Super Mario Odyssey Twitter page, in Japanese, Nintendo confirmed how the game’s ‘fail’ states will work. When Mario comes into contact with an enemy and loses all of his health or when he falls into the abyss, players will not see a ‘game over’ screen. Instead, Super Mario Odyssey will take 10 coins away from them. Given that coins can be used to purchase items in the game, this fail state should just be frustrating enough to keep players coming back to try and beat the game again....
